Windows 10 - How To Create/Add A Local Account - Karma In Pc Settings

Windows 10 has two accounts, [Microsoft Account] and [Local Account]. A Microsoft account can be set up so that the same environment can be used on multiple computers by using [Synchronization Service] or [OneDrive] provided by Microsoft.
