So, make sure that your area is fully covered by the network before committing to it.

This is a very simple solution to improve Android call quality without having to spend a lot of time and resources. You know they say 2 heads are better than one but here 2 ears are better than one. Every smartphone comes with a hands-free so you are at least covered there but if you want, there are some other great hands-free for Android available at reasonable prices. Using both ears to listen to a call will have a positive impact on your calling experience.
