Method 4: Reinstall Google Play

- Remove all minimized apps.

- Choose the Sim card you’re using for data
- Click “Access point names.”
- Choose alternate “APN” settings > “APN protocol.” Select “IPv4/ IPv6” then click Save.
- Your data connection will be disabled temporarily. Wait for connection to be restored. Go to the Google Play Store once you’re back online and try downloading again.
Method 8: Enable Data Saver
There are instances when an installed app is the culprit behind the snail-paced download process.
- Go to Settings and look for Data Saver. Make sure it’s ON.
- Check that unrestricted access is enabled for both Google Play Store and Google Play Services. You should also check which app is breaking up the background process of the Play Store. One way of doing this is to start downloading all app updates in the Play Store. If you don’t see any download arrow, then the problem lies with Google. You should then toggle off the unrestricted access button for each app. The one with a working download arrow might be the app causing problems in the queue.
